Project overview

The project site of Shanghai·Future has a gross floor area of approximately 155,000 m2, a plot ratio of 1.6 and comprises a total of 1,611 homes. The project is situated at the intersection of Wuzhou Avenue and Zhang Yang Road (North Section), Pudong New Area, enjoying a premium location in “Zhonghuan Plate” which stands between Jinqiao and Waigaoqiao creative industrial areas where over one hundred of the world’s Top 500 are anchored, and accompanied by two international noble communities. In addition, Shanghai·Future is highly convenient for transportation, with only 8 minutes’ drive from Wujiaochang via Wuzhou Avenue and the tunnel in Xiangyin Road, 5 minutes’ drive from Zhonghuan Metro Line, and 20 minutes’ drive from the Pudong Airport. Zhang Yang Road (North Section) marks one of the major corridors running across Pudong from south to north, along which Metro Line 6 was planned to be constructed. Metro Line 6 apparently brings downtown areas much closer to Shanghai·Future. In addition, recognized as a pioneer project under the 70%/90 m2 requirements, Shanghai·Future also maximizes the utilization of its floor space allowance. As Shanghai·Future promises to be one of the regional landmarks, its “leading-edge living style” is bound to become one of the new and hot mainstream topics in Shanghai’s property market.
